Volleyball Champions at Rhea County Tournament!

The Volleyball Tigerettes traveled to Rhea County to compete in the Rhea County Tournament. MCHS played four games in pool play. They finished 2nd and were placed in the Silver Bracket. The Volleyball Tigerettes were back in district action on Tuesday, September 10th against Springfield High School. The Macon County Tigerettes played their home opener on Tuesday, August 27th against District rival, the White House Blue Devils. The first two sets were close with scores of 25-18 and 26-24, but Macon took the victory for both. During the third set, the Tigerettes pounded away at the Blue Devils and outscored them 25-9.
